This gorgeous view at Brickelmaier Park's northern entry was severely damaged by a misapplied program intended to mitigate pollution flowing to the Chesapeake Bay. Hollin Hills & Fairfax County plunged ahead despite numerous warnings from scientists. Their arithmetic and rationale appeared to be skewed for their preferred process. The destruction was unnecessary.
